The Quadrant, Cecil Street

Built in the 1930s and originally meant to serve as the regional headquarters for the Kwangtung Provincial Bank, this building has recently undergone a refurbishment project helmed by Hiladt. It is now equipped with fully fitted offices on the upper floors, and a stunning Art Deco grand bistro and bar on the lower floors, all while retaining much of its old-school charms.
