ARCHITECTS
The firm was first established in 1999 as HIL Architects (with association to Twinwood Designs). It was renamed HILADT Architects LLP when it was changed to a limited liability partnership in 2005. The principal partners are Lim Hseng Iu and Raymond Sim.
With the partners’ combined experience of over 50 years, the firm has built up a strong reputation over the years for its ‘Boutique Architecture’ — conceptualizing design through working closely with our clients, in understanding their needs and translating them.

Although relatively young, the firm and its designs have received a fair amount of recognition, having been published in Singapore newspapers such as The Straits Times and Shin Min, magazines such as Home Concepts and FRV (Fine Restaurants and Villas), as well as being featured on television.
HILADT Architects LLP is listed under the Building and Construction Authority’s Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC) – Panel AR03.
