Hiladt helped develop a new agritech facility housing advanced agricultural solutions that aim to enhance farm productivity and development in support of Singapore's food resilience and sustainability drive.

It is a climate controlled greenhouse integrated with advanced technology to facilitate urban farming management. The greenhouse also has Solar BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) panels for its roof, allowing for maximum sunlight and energy efficiency.
